Siphiwe DhlomoThe founder of Yem Yem Petroleum, Siphiwe, is a consummate entrepreneur, who has honed his skills running his own businesses in the construction industry as well as having held a key position at Nedcor. Here, his financial acumen coupled with his background as a cost and management accountant, was put through its paces.

With his keen analytical and expert proficiency in client relationship management and new business development makes Siphiwe well known for the propensity to build tailored investment plans, in accordance with clients needs, short and long term goals and risk profiles. He applies consultative sales skills as part of wealth management planning process.

His expert knowledge of alternative investments, structured products and sophisticated trading strategies, enhances his ability to leverage entrepreneurial and executive advisory skills to facilitate investment decisions. Siphiwe has vast experience in both social and corporate leadership, Siphiwe has worked with clients such as Liberty Life, Impala Platinum as well as Investec.

CINDY SMITH

Combining her extensive experience and skills in various industries, Cindy is able to provide unmitigated specialized services in one of the most challenging industries in the world, Liquid Fuels.
Having spent the last 25 years working "in the trenches" of the working realm, An accomplished leader of people, Cindy has documented some phenomenal white papers, including titles such as understanding Generation Y, X and the Baby Boomers.

She has also written articles for the Common Wealth Magazine, which solely focused on the role of the Competitions Commission and the Competitions Tribunal in South Africa regarding historically disadvantaged South Africans in entrepreneurship. Known to be among one the most flexible leaders of our time, Cindy has left her footprint in the lives of many people and across diverse industries during her working career. Cindy's service offering include turnaround strategy, business process improvement/redesign, operations cost management, technology assessment and system selection, business continuity/disaster recovery planning, risk management, and operations strategy.

She also manages all aspects of consulting association. Her associations include leaders in financial services, liquid fuels, technology, research and development, and public sector/not-for-profit organizations. She has held various positions including General Management and Executive roles at various companies in Facilities Management, Banking and Medical Insurance industries as well as Contact Centre Outsourcing Companies and the Liquid Fuels industry.

Dimakatso Pascaline Sehularo - Group Executive Business Development and Marketing

Dimakatso Pascaline SehularoA qualified Public Management Practitioner, Dimakatso began her career in provincial and local government then later proceeded to the private sector. With over 19 years of experience in a diverse range of industries, from education to finance she has created the perfect formula to build and maintain excellent customer relations.

Dimakatso's success in relationship management is based on her understanding of the basic principles of business and aligning objectives with in-depth market analysis and customised strategies that generate positive reaction. She has extensive experience in developing singular focus on the key sales and business development activities as well as relationship building and maintenance. She has demonstrated an ability to adapt to new industries and dramatically improve revenue. She is a highly motivated individual who delivers exceptional customer service that is unsurpassed in proving results in successful business engagements.
