Siphiwe DhlomoThe founder of Yem Yem Petroleum, Siphiwe, is a consummate entrepreneur, who has honed his skills running his own businesses in the construction industry as well as having held a key position at Nedcor. Here, his financial acumen coupled with his background as a cost and management accountant, was put through its paces.

With his keen analytical and expert proficiency in client relationship management and new business development makes Siphiwe well known for the propensity to build tailored investment plans, in accordance with clients needs, short and long term goals and risk profiles. He applies consultative sales skills as part of wealth management planning process.

His expert knowledge of alternative investments, structured products and sophisticated trading strategies, enhances his ability to leverage entrepreneurial and executive advisory skills to facilitate investment decisions. Siphiwe has vast experience in both social and corporate leadership, Siphiwe has worked with clients such as Liberty Life, Impala Platinum as well as Investec.

Acquired experience in diversified sectors at senior management and executive level including SME finance and support, logistics, petroleum wholesale sector and lighting and LED technology and retrofits. implementation of turnaround strategies for SME's and entrepreneurs

In addition, I’ve had the privilege of working on an Electric Vehicle and charging stations project which is work in progress. Our aim is to develop a locally manufactured EV and roll out of charging stations with local technology but competing globally. I believe that EV’s are not an option but a necessity if we are to be serious about reducing carbon emissions and green economy

Ramoatshe Moleko holds a National Diploma in Commerce, majoring in Economics and Commercial Law from the Tshwane University of Technology.  He also holds the following qualifications:  Certificate in Business-To-Business Marketing from Unisa, Certificate in Micro-Enterprise Finance from University of Pretoria and Management Advancement Program (MAP) from Wits Business School

Energy Champion and Strategy Leader for Research Strategy and Government Policy development for Departments of Science and Innovation (DSI), Trade, Industry and Competition (dtic), Industrial Development Corporation (IDC) in South Africa. Energy and Utilities experiences in research development and post-graduate student supervision includes Solar Research, Nanotechnology for Hydrogen Storage, Electrocatalysis in Fuel Cells and Li-ion Battery Storage technologies for Renewable Energy and Electric Vehicles. Author/ co-author of publications in International Journals and has successfully applied for research funding.
